Chris Brown Using “Pornography” As a Defense to Clear Name in Rape Lawsuit

Chris Brown is attempting to clear his name from a rape lawsuit stemming from an incident where a woman claims he helped imprison her and allowed his friend to sexually assault her. However, CB is looking to use the woman's own words against her in order to clear his name from the lawsuit. According to The Blast, Chris Brown wasn't accused of having any physical contact with the woman. During her statement to authorities, she stated that Chris was in fact “occupied with pornography and performing sexual acts with women” in a different room from where the alleged assault occurred.

For Chris, the woman's statement of his whereabouts during the assault should absolve him of any wrongdoing and should result in the removal of his name from the lawsuit. The woman, however, maintains the belief that Chris facilitated the ordeal and thus considers him responsible.

The case remains under investigation.
