Being "Drunk In Love" has landed Beyoncé in court, as the singer/songwriter has been named in a recent lawsuit filed by fashion designer Dwayne Walker. Walker claims to be the original creator and owner of the Roc-A-Fella logo, and is suing because he states he was never asked permission to use the logo in Beyoncé's 2013 "Drunk In Love" music video.
Walker is no stranger to the courtroom, as he sued Beyoncé's hubby Jay-Z, and other Roc-A-Fella affiliates for $7 million back in March 2014. He later lost this suit in September of this year, and though the logo is only featured in Beyoncé's video briefly as Jay-Z's pendant piece, it was still enough for Walker to feel the need to move forward with a suit. We will continue to follow this story as it develops.
