Surveillance Footage Released From The Murder Of Bankroll Fresh

On February 22, Atlanta PD released official surveillance showing the moments leading up to the fatal shooting of 28-year-old rapper Bankroll Fresh, real name Trentavious Zamon White Sr. The raw footage shows the fatal outcome of the rapper's involvement in a shootout outside of an Atlanta studio on March 4, 2016.

In the video, White is seen toting an assault rifle near the studio entrance. Police believe the first shot fired was by White, though the case remains open and in the district attorney's office hands to prosecute, according to WSB-TV in Atlanta.

The DA's office has since released a statement:

"We are considering additional evidence we discovered in this case. Because of this information we have not been able to make a decision by the original deadline. Once we reach a decision, we will notify the families and then the public."

Police are still without a motive, with 50 shots fired. However, White's alleged murderer, No Plug, previously mentioned in an interview last August that he shot his longtime friend in self-defense. While police are unsure if his statements hold validity, No Plug claims a confrontation at Street Execs Studio led to a small fight, and eventually to the murder of White.

Rest In Peace Trentavious Zamon "Bankroll Fresh" White Sr.
